Biografía

Nació en la provincia de San Juan, Argentina. Es Doctor en Ingeniería, Universidad Nacional de Rosario (UNR) y es Ingeniero en Acústica, Universidad Tecnológica de Chile. Investigador de la Fundación Alexander von Humboldt siendo investigador invitado en el Instituto de Acústica Técnica de la Universidad RWTH de Aquisgrán mediante el programa Georg Forster para Investigadores Experimentados. Es investigador de carrera del Consejo Nacional de Investigación Científica y Técnica (CONICET) con lugar de trabajo en el INAUT dependiente de la Universidad Nacional de San Juan (UNSJ) y del CONICET, bajo la supervisión del Prof. Fernando di Sciascio. Es profesor de acústica y temas relacionados en la UNSJ para las carreras: Profesorado Universitario de Música (Facultad de Filosofía Humanidades y Artes), Ingeniería Electrónica, Maestría y Doctorado en Ingeniería de Sistemas de Control (Facultad de Ingeniería). Sus intereses académicos son la acústica de la sala de conciertos, la acústica de salas, el paradigma paisaje sonoro y el control de ruidos.

Ernesto Accolti was born in the province of San Juan, Argentina. He carried out his PhD in Engineering at the National University of Rosario (UNR) and obtained his Acoustics Engineer degree at the Technological University of Chile. He is an Alexander von Humboldt Foundation alumni visiting the Institute for Technical Acoustics of the RWTH University of Aachen through the Georg Forster program for Experienced Researchers. He is a research fellow at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council of Argentina (CONICET), under the supervision of Prof. Fernando di Sciascio, with workplace at the INAUT dependent of both the National University of San Juan (UNSJ) and the CONICET. He lectures on acoustics and related subjects at the UNSJ for the programs: University Training of Music Teachers (Faculty of Philosophy Humanities and Arts), Electronic Engineering, Master and Doctorate in Control Systems Engineering (Faculty of Engineering) . His academic interests are concert hall acoustics, room acoustics, soundscape, and noise control engineering.
