Biografía


Dr. Juan Marcos Toibero: Juan Marcos Toibero was born in Santa Fe, Argentina in 1977. He graduated in electronic engineering from the National Technological University of Parana (Argentina) in 2002, and received the Ph.D degree in Control Systems Engineering from the National University of San Juan (Argentina) in 2007. He is with the Instituto de Automática, National University of San Juan from 2002 and with CONICET from 2011 as full-time researcher. He is Professor in the courses of non-linear systems and control III of the electronic eng. academic program from feb-2009. His research interests are wheeled mobile robots, manipulators force/impedance, switched, hybrid, nonlinear control methods applied to automatic control and visual servoing. He's working currently with USVs (unmanned surface vessels) and their applications in environmental monitoring, surveillance and control.
